With Only Studio, we made a series of visuals around the new façade of Palais Club in London. The building is shot at night in monochrome, cut away from its street and left sitting in near total black, with only the lit windows burning through it. A long exposure treatment pulls the structure slightly out of register, so the stone doubles and the light bleeds past its own edges. It reads less like architectural photography than like a memory of the place at three in the morning, which is the register nightlife actually lives in.
